These are the steps to install CS5 :

1. Run the Block Adobe Activation v3 app.
(the same as v2 from MSJ, but with my host file)
this will will change your host file without terminal procedure (thanx MSJ)
its my host file with some more entries. (roxio, parallels.....)

2. Install CS5 as a trial version.
Do not enter a serial yet! This is important!!!
Even though this is the regular, retail version of CS5 Premium.
the serial numbers included will not function if you enter them before installation.
Nevertheless, after installation they will be accepted just fine.

4. Run one of the CS5 apps you just installed, and enter one of the serials included. (see below)

5. now you can update your CS5 installation with "Adobe Application Manager" its here:
/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE/PDApp/core/Adobe Application Manager.app
